BOC!!! IT H LLGWEE Trick or treat smell my feet, give me something good to eat! What a fun way to welcome in the Halloween spirit! Espe- cially at Rosemead, where students got a chance to expand their creative minds by Q ' is my dresing in outrageous outfits. Some peo- ple dressed up but weren't recognized as being dressed up! But, on the lighter side of things: many dressed in funtime Hal- Ioween attire! Some good-spirited stu- dents paraded around campus receiving whistles and gestures. But everyone had a taste of fame during lunchtime where the annual Halloween parade was held at Panther's Square. Winners included! Herb QRichard Beserraj, a parrot QAlfonso Arteagaj, and the Hawaiian Punch Box CAlberto Reanoj. Thank God the Madon' na wanna-B's didn't win! I26!HaIloween

GIRLS LEAGUE PRESENTS TOGETHER AS 0 E' Girls League held their annual Backwards Dance on No- vember 27th. The theme was Together As One and it was held in the Rosemead gym. The night was full of ioy and excitement with everyone dancing the night away with the music played by the band Time Warp. Dancing was not the only activity that evening.CoupIes found walking around the dance floor not holding hands were thrown in jail while Mr. Jan Herzog and Mr. Monk Smith were in charge of marrying couples. There were also hearts on the walls with couples names printed on the hearts. The Dance was at- tended by nearly I75 couples and as the evening got close to an end, senior Alan Martinez was announded our I985- 86 Backwards Dance King. Q IUC-PRIIIDO o , l. King.
