The Associated Club consists of a representative from each club on campus, presided over by the vice president ot the student body. Through the Associated Clubs the Variety Show is formed. 1 The trophy was won by Orchesis, under the direction at Sue Reeder and Ardythe Smith, holding trophy. AS IT 'TWERE was the theme at'this year's Variety Show. Under the direction ot Barbara Horton and Barbara Jiminez, the '56 show proved to be one of the most outstanding in the history of the school. The first place trophy was won by Orchesis for its interpretation of Adam and Eve. Gloria Lueras won the trophy for the most outstanding supporting act, which was given tor the first time this year. Also one ofthe main attractions for the evening was the Spartans' act, Frankie and Johnny, Gloria Lueras received a trophy for the best curtain act. , ,439 Q9 V, Q s
