Class Prophecy As we look into the future years of the Seniors of the 7 0 class we see that Bonnie Bonifas has just won Suzy Homemaker of the year and is now in a race with Betty Crocker for the flakiest pie crust ever made, Norb Trausch is now touring the world as a pro golfer. Each day he seems to be improving, because in the last tournament he only hit four people. Jackie Konen is now a Drivers Education teacher at R,H,S, and is teaching her students to go around the town pump without hitting it. Lavon Buhr is now residing at the Adams County Courthouse where she has been trying to get her drivers license, but she can't seem to keep her eyes on the road because of the cute guy she takes for a ride. Kenny Parr is now the high point man in the NBA. He has just beat out Wilt Chamberlain after a big race for the honors. Jane Konen is now campaigning across the United States for first woman president. And it looks like chances are slim for Spiro. Patti Harms is now a world famous writer of wit. She also has written many joke books for adult entertain- ment. She only has one trouble-- after she writes the jokes she has to have someone explain them to her. Kathy Heuertz has just become a nun. She is an authority on human relations and has just published her new book entitled Sex and the Single Nun. Lenny Trausch is now the owner of Lenny's Latest. lt is a pants making factory in which one pair of pants are turned out every week for Lenny's own personal use. Mary Ann Hoffman is now the owner of one of the largest peanut butter factories in the world, Huffy's Puffy Peanut Butter. She is now experimenting to find a more nuttier tasting peanut. Rodney Heuertz has just set a record in the 100 meter dash at the Olympics and is now hunting for a room big enough to keep all his medals. We, the Roseland Seniors of '70 of Adams County in the State of Nebraska, in a sound state of mind, reasoning, and memory, do make, publish, and declare our last will and testament. Class Will To the Juniors, we will our ability to gain support from surrounding towns, our books from which we have acquired so much knowledge, and the stage in the gym on which we so successfully put on our plays. To the sophomores, we give our ability to roam about the schoolhouse during school hours, also our unending patience which always kept us out of trouble, To the young and inexperienced freshmen who still have 540 of the most exciting days of their attendance at this school, we leave a map of the various paths we took to get to our classrooms and the office. To the various students, we bequeath our personal traits as follows: Lenny Trausch wills his farmer pants to Cheryl Gartner, his height to Mary Mangers, and his ability to play golf from behind a tree to Mr. Brazeale, Kathy Heuertz wills her co- ordination to stay off the volley- ball floor to Karen Parr, Her ability to type to Mr. Brazeale, and her gray hairs to Debbie Consbruck. Norb Trausch wills his ability to get a date first time, every time to Jeff Konen, his thermometer to Mr. Cecrle, and his ability to jump out of fastmoving vehicles to Mary Mangers. Patti Harms wills her ability to high jump without bending the bar to Karen Parr, my peanut butter bread to Mary Brown, and my ability to catch on to jokes to Jeff Konen. Lavon Buhr wills her ability to drive other peoples cars to Rhonda Zubrod, and her ability to stick her foot in her mouth to Karen Parr. Jackie Konen wills her ability to let town pumps come out and bite her to Rhonda Zubrod, her Teddy- runners to Lynn Parr, and-her giggle to Randy Mohr. Rodney Heuertz wills his gift of gab to Randy Mohr, and his wise cracks to Cheryl Gartner. Bonnie Bonifas wills her ability to spike and to slam Mr. Brown to Mary Brown. Kenny Parr wills his cute dimples to Mrs. Adams and his ability to play tailback to Jeff Konen. Mary Ann Hoffman wills her love for cherry flavored drinks to Nancy, Cheryl, Debbie and Mary, her ability to get along with Mrs. Hall to Lynn Parr. Jane Konen wills her femininity to Rhonda Zubrod, and her ability to check into the medical books to Mary Brown. 37
