Secretaries Kepl Busy Playing a very important role, the secretarial staff at RHS kept things running smoothly. There were three new workers - Miss loyce McKnight, Mrs. Loretta Mabe, and Mrs. Linda Schroeder. Miss McKnight was the new book- keeper. Her main job was to see that that ASB accounts were accurate and up to date. She was assisted by Mrs. Mabe, who made sure that all trans- actions were complete and accounted for through the Business Office. Mrs. Schroeder was in charge of book orders in the Main Office. Main secretary to Dr. Dale Nees was Mrs. Margie Medford, who was in charge of his appointments. She was assisted by Mrs. loanne Parkhill. Mrs. Parkhill's job was keep- ing track of daily correspondence. Mrs. Kay Anderson, Athletic Office secretary, accounted for all transac- tions made through the Athletic Office. With the new attendance require- ments, the secretaries in the Counsel- ing Center had an enormous job. Much of this work fell on Mrs. Yvonne Long, who was the attend- ance secretary.
