Riding in the Wind Bull riding, bareback riding, ribbon roping, poles, tiedown roping, team roping and barrel racing were all events in '.3 second annual AJRA rodeo on May 7-10. Cougar Banquet The Rosebud-Lott football teams were honored with a banquet on January 17. Those football players receiving awards were: Most Valuable Defensive Back — Kenneth Travis, Most Valuable Offensive Back — Sam Carey, Heart Award — Craig White. Most Valuable Offensive Lineman — Robert Donath, and Most Valuable Defensive Lineman — Scott Conners. Kay Ryan, the 1980-81 Cougar Foot- ball Sweetheart, was presented with roses. The Cougar football team presented Coach Bachtel and his staff with a plaque and pic- ture of the squad. Mary Crenan presents award to Coach Hill. 22
