We realize that from these sports we gain strength, agility and strategy. Ballet classes give all the girls oppor- tunity to acquire poise, grace, and as- surance. We want our bodies, minds and souls to be as well controlled and balanced as a basketball player or ballet dancer, alert and poised for action.
