-IEAN MEEHAN ,lean is the girl with a penchant for pictures. She snaps them avidly and well. On Saturdays she rents out as a guide at White Cross hospital. The rest of the time she can be found hiking. knitting, or submerged in Latin notes. She and Aeneas have been seen to- gether much this year, but Jean insists it doesn't mean a thing. ALICE MULHOLAND Here is a lass with an air. Vibrant and versatile. Alice has been an invalu- able member of our class for the past three and a half years. One of the top three on the Honor Roll she has our vote as the girl most likely to suc- ceed. She possesses an inexhaustible enthusiasm, and the ability to be most charming while firmly ex- tracting dues and fees. VVe know. VVe elected her Treasurer of 402. DONALD MU RPHY The sports commenta- tors term him Hthe cool. level-headed Rosary for- wardfl but to us he is just plain Nlurph who has brought athletic honors to our school. City high- point man in '46, he made the Citizen All Central District Tournament Team in '47, The rosy blush of this smiling Irish- man is as familiar around Rosary as his '33 Chevyy XIenelope. K.-XY MURTHA If you are looking for the friendliest sniile in Rosary, Kay has it. Silence is not one of her strong points, but a willing help- fulness is. Her loyalty and ready laughter win for her many friends. Her secretarial accomplish- ments are not to be under- estimated. EILEEN MERCER A little person with big thoughts, Eileen's queries go to essentials. Her think- ing is straight and her en- joyment of life, whole- some. She plays a most noisy game of basketball from the sidelines and ranks as one of the team's loyalist followers. Reading rates high with her: her spontaneous smile rates with us. THOMAS M ULHOLAND Tom has shown a real spirit of perseverance. lle started in dramatics as a stagehand, became man- ager of the stage crew, and ended with a lead in the presentation of The Song of Bernadette. He is a member of the R Club and holds a three year record in football with letters to prove it. As one of the business managers for the yearbook he has done an eflicient job, but then Tom always comes through with the goods. MARJORIE MEYER Klargie possesses the gift of sharing with others something of her own tranquil nature. Ever calm and unrufiled. she makes herself a friend to all of us. She is diminutive, but determined. and has shown herself most elli- cient in secretarial science. s., 1 5 PATTI MYERS Rosarys favorite blonde. Patti. is part of the ex- planation for the Crusad- ers' success on the grid- iron and the hardwood. An enthusiastic fan. she has contributed much to team morale during the past four years. VVitli her. studies are serious busi- ness as her scholastic rec- ord indicates. She has held various class ofhces and has been a prominent member on all detail duty. She has carried a full schedule of activity-in and out of school. 1
