In the past unsuccessful attempts were made toward the construc- tion of a skating rink which would satisfy amateurs of this form of recre- ation. Either the rink technicians or the weather was at fault with the result that nothing ever came of all the ventures. However this year with the perserverance of a few cadets and with the help of Mr. Bill Bigham, our groom, a very fine rink resulted. The cadets enjoyed many hours of good recreation. Several learned to skateg others perfected their style. Our thanks to Mr. Bigham and to those who helped. Page Ninety
