For this single appearance we have heen serving as untlerstudics for four long years. On the morrow we face another playwright who is ever critical of the characters he chooses. Some of tts will he called upon for a tragic role with its prelude of carelessness or even stupidity. Some will accept the lighter roles and will go through life singing in chorus, never extending ourselves to take on the more dramatic parts. How well we interpret the character we are playing has many tlClCI'llllIl2llllS. Preparation, character, service, responsibility, willingness, tletermination, ambition - all will influence how well we play the part.
