In keeping with a new Strenuous Life policy of highlighting a different department each year, pages twenty-two and twenty-three have been devoted to this department. Industrial Arts teachers pass on the skills necessary to industryg and enjoy outdoor sports in their spare time. An enriched course in this field, Pre-Engineering Drawing, is being offered for the first time this year. Ccreducational courses dealing in the art of home living are offered by the Home Economics Department, giving excellent preparation for meeting the problems of running a home. The Home Economics teachers have practical experience in this as they all have homes and families of their own.
