It lives wherever boys and girls purpose in their hearts to live for the 1 ni' Z. x ' '- '-?v2u'Q N' -'ZW' Theodore Roosevelt, for whom our school was named, was one of those who be- lieved in fighting aggressively for the right-in fact, he once said, It is the noblest sport the world affords. Roosevelt lived the thing he believed in. He lived vigorously and joyously-he was indeed a knight in shining armor. Today, as always, the challenge to you is to prepare in body, mind, and spirit to live and fight on the side which may lose an occasional battle, but always wins the war-the side which stands for the freedom of the individual to make of his life something decent, significant, and fine.
