Students escape from classroom In the event that boredom should cap- ture any student's attention, the Adminis- tration provides a number of ways to escape class. Fall pep rallies end classes early while such sundry activities as mov- ies, blood drives, choral and drama pres- entations, school sports, senior assem- blies and field trips occasionally provide interesting alternatives to class. When the strain of education is too much and school diversions no relief, vacations and weekends bring the needed free time and draw many stu- dents down to the waterfronts. Canyon Lake and Stinky Falls' clear waters, invi- gorating rapids, great fishing, and excel- lent water skiing spots make them two of TFt's favorite recreational areas. The coastal waters lured many students down to the beaches, offering golden tans, sandy hair and plenty of companionship. , j f 1 ' f:,:g.g1g' , ,g , fy 12.1 f , ,AQ g Iliz .SS , X - . i iii zixx I7'W w-M 'E g 5, l V1 A l 8 Opening 5
