Program Teaches Health Standards Food Services, a special vocational program aimed toward train- ing students in both health and safety standards, also prepares them for employment after graduation. Preparing and serving full-course meals on Tuesdays and Thurs- days to faculty members and visitors throughout the year, the stu- dents become experienced and informed in cafeterial work. Teacher and supervisor, Edith Bullock, and her aide, Neva Crum- ley, assist the students and introduce them to the various techni- ques and methods of preparing a well-balanced meal. This special vocational program has proven effective in the devel- opment of productive citizens flowing into the mainstream of soci- ety.
