Bill Marthes gives John Hierholzer a few pointers on the game of croquet. Faculty lndulges In Food, Fun, Games Sausage, fried chicken, potato salad, kids, and teachers were the combination brough' together at the annual Faculty Picnic. Although it drizzled, the croquet court was full, others occupied themselves with a game of horseshoes. A day when schoolwork was put aside, fun and relaxation were a welcome pastime. Carol Griffith, and Mrs. Hen- nessy ioined other faculty members in feasting on the food provided at the picnic. Will he make it? Everyone suspense- fully watches Mr. Halber on the hor- seshoe court.

Churchill provided Roosevelt with its third game of the season, TR had yet to win a game. Though the Chargers had been rated above Roosevelt, TR played with the spirit that showed what kind of football team they could be.
