Stephen Nelson: uses Jokes that soar over the heads of his students, well liked and he knows his Physics. Seems to love to misspell words and students love his artwork. James Moody: a ski coach, Knows his Auto , has a good presentation for class everyday. A very good learning experience for anyone who wants to drive. Tom Ohno: superlative teacher who puts his Math across in a way that if you listen at all you have no choice but to learn! Just a fantastic sense of humor (pupils love his Oriental language Jokes.) Alice Paus: is kept busy with her double hour Model Office classes. The phone is used often in this simulated business environment. Sweet enough to be anyone's secretary. Jack Newton: all of his classes concern tenth grade English. That is work breaking in the sophomores. This year his students nicknamed him The Big Fig. Gordon Olson: ran for office in the fall, has broadcasting experience, loves the opportunity to talk and tells great stories, yet Gordy or Big G Rattle O has time to instruct his students thoroughly on small gas engines. 26

Robert Lohn: very easy to talk to and often brings himself down to the students level. He is well liked by all his Wood classes. Marlene Locascio: always has a pleasant smile and spends much of her time on the telephone. Donald Martin: makes good use of real life to bring across his teaching on Geometry'. He is pictured here on his motorbike in Alaska. Walter Logacz: You're guaranteed a wealth of knowledge when you come out of his Middle East and U. S. History courses. He loves Pollack Jokes. Fred Lundquist a firm, modem, understanding teacher who has a variety of classes like Business English, Advance Placement and War Stories. Known as the King of Grammar. Richard McWaters: as Athletic Director and gym teacher he's got plenty- of work cut out for him. He was in charge of the new sod on our football field. Freeman Mclnrov: Call him what you want but he's the spirit of Rosey-Tech. His History classes fill up first, he's also track and cross-country coach and the voice of the lunchroom. 2S

Stephen Phillips: good sense of humor, dedicated, shows through in all his plays. Will definitely take time to talk to you before or after his Film Study classes. Karl Pederson: calm, excellent physical condition make him perfect for his position as a Physical Education teacher. Phillip Petrou: To the question how will your students remember you most, he replied, My students remember ME? People loved his heavy Creek accent on Well, let's say uh. Charles Pinkney: He has to be the most unde rated great guy at Roosevelt. He's a wee-bit skinny but very arty . He enjoys his work and makes his class enjoyable. Louis Rudd: Eric Schoeder: English, baseball, and skiing are his trademark. In class he knows his stuff and he doesn't hide the fact that you either learn or fail. this indeed has to be die most unique teacher at Roosevelt. He's famous for his lectures, knows his History, calls to phone buzzer termites and is a religious lover of classical music. Charlotte Scarlett: would love to have you in her class. She buzzes from table to table helping all her students in her clothing classes. 27
