FOREWORD The year IQ66 holds one ol lhe mosl imporlanl evenls ol our lives-our gradualion from high school. ll is somelhing we have long looked lorward lo and climaxes a maior period in our exislence. We have, lor lhirleen years, sludied lhe same courses and ollen shared lhe same inleresls, yel each ol us has had lhe opporlunily lo develop a dislincl personalily wilh allribules which are ours alone. Our leachers have looked upon us as individuals yel our educalional process has isolaled us lrom lhe world and given us lhe comlorl ol being surrounded by olhers like us, and lhe securily ol knowing, each day, exaclly whal was required ol us. Mosl ol us began selling dreams and goals lor ourselves as small children. Through lhe years lhese dreams have changed and developed unlil we reached a delinile idea ol whal we wanl lrom lile. During high school we began lo explore lhe possible means ol accomplishing our goals, and, lor lhe mosl parl, have decided on lhe besl course lo lollow aller gradualion. Bul perhaps lhe mosl dillicull parl lies ahead, lhal ol pursuing our sel course, accomplishing our goals, and making our dreams come lrue. Despile lhe exlensive background we have acquired, we will ollen be bewildered by new experiences. We have, lor lhe lirsl lime, been given complele responsibilily lor our aclions and will lind ourselves lroubled by decisions lo be made and silualions wilh which lo cope.
