Mr. Wells is oided in his duties by two os- sistcints, Dr. Mercedes Nelson ond Edphil Strond- iord. These two efficient people took chorge of scheduling oll school ond extro-curriculor cictivities, helped to plon ciuditorium progroms, ond worked with the vorious student committees.

Steinseth talks to a Norse class during the day TEACHERS ARE KEPT ON THE GO Many teachers at Roosevelt leave tor school at 7:00 a.m. Others stay until 5100 p.m. Many spend several hours at home each night preparing for the next day. Several have outside activities which re- quire caretul spacing ot time. In spite ot their busy schedules, many teachers make themselves available when students come to them tor help. J. Jovaag inspects refrigerator before leaving for home. 17 Teachers also assist with extracurricular activities
