Under the Direction of Senior Executive Board The last year ot high school is highlighted by ac- tivities and events that are planned especially tor the seniors. As 782 members ot the class ot l96l started their senior year, planning began immedi- ately tor these special occasions. The Senior Executive Board, led by class officers, elected chairmen tor the class banquet, Senior Prom and commencement. These chairmen formed com- mittees by recruiting hard vvorking seniors. Early in the tall reservations were made tor the traditional Senior Class Banquet at the Leamington Hotel and the Senior Prom at the Laytayette Club. After a theme was chosen by committee members, de- tailed plans tor decorations and publicity were carefully worked out. Arrangements tor refresh- ments, chaperons and dance bands were completed.
