Silver Tri Officers: Adler. C. Henson Dolan J. Larson. C. Peterson. Cupid's Capers Dance What's Roosevelt s largest club? Silver Tri, of course. Say. are you a sophomore or something? Just wanted to know ... is it a crime to ask? Well . . . yes. Anyone and everyone that's wise 'round these parts keeps pretty well informed on Silver Tri. Oh, well, I'm sorry then. But tell me, isn't that the club that's responsible for our successful Christmas party and Cupid’s Capers Valentine Dance? One and the same. And aren’t they the ones who helped give a Christmas party for children at the Citizens' Club and then held a bake sale to raise money for gifts for them? And didn't they sponsor an annual membership banquet and our Winter Formal? Righto! Say. how do you . . . Weren't they the ones, too, who sold those beautiful corsages at Homecoming? Silver Tri has a purpose too: 'To build a fellowship of women and girls devoted to the task of realizing in our common life those ideals of personal and social living to which we are committed by our faith as Christians. In this endeavor we seek to understand Jesus, to share His love for all people, and to grow in the knowledge and love of God.' . . a mighty good purpose that is, too. Well, I guess between the two of us, we've just about covered the activities of Silver Tri. so shake Sister Silver Trier for this special club.
