The chairmen act as presiding officers and they keep order in Roosevelt's many study hails. The secretaries keep the attendance records. This year John Lee was in charge of all the study halls. Office Staff This staff keeps busy each day in 104, the student council office, typing notices and bulletins. Among their other duties they are in charge of the lost and found and various collections taken during the year. John Conda is in charge of the council office. Senior Honor Society To be selected for the Senior Honor Society, members must maintain a rank in scholarship of 2.3 or better. They must also have good character. be a leader, and perform service for others. At the beginning of the year each member received a beautiful pin in an impressive candlelight induction ceremony. All the members agreed the trip, this fall, to Washington, D. C. was an experience never to be forgotten.
