SUE CHURCH MARY VAGASKY MARION LARSEN BONNIE LEPPA We. the 1956 Sagamore Staff, present to you the product of our labors—the Sagamore. The Sagamore is the result of a lot of hard work, quarreling, and fun. We hope you will enjoy your '56 Sagamore as much as we have enjoyed producing it. At the beginning of the year we picked our theme and started work on the cover. At the same time we started filling in the pages. Layouts were planned, pictures were scheduled and taken, and stories were written. Mr. Wagner, our adviser, supervised our busy activities. We also sold book covers designed by our staff artist. When the lay-outs were completed it was packed off to the printer and the presses started rolling. Then the Sagamore came back to 214 to be proofread. The corrected copy was sent once again to the printer. This is the result—your '56 Sagamore. Here's hoping it will always be a happy reminder of your school life and the wonderful school spirit at Roosevelt High. BERNADETTE BONIN PAUL CARLSON RON THORSON MERRY QUINN
