Row the Spring Dance are some ot the school programs sponsored by the Student Coun- cil. As everyone lcnows, these are three ot the most important and most popular events ot the entire school year. The members work very hard to organize these activities and they always do a very successtul job. Booird of Governors The Board ot Governors is a group made up ot aII the study hall chairmen and secre- taries. Even though some study halls may have up to one hundred and titty stu- dents, they are all entirely student governed. Through the hard work ot Mr. Strandiord and the chairmen, they are setting such a tine example ot student government that it is being copied in other schools. Student Council Office You'II always be able to tind a group ot Roosevelt seniors on hand every hour in the Student Council Ottice. Some ot the duties of these seniors are to type and run ott sten- cils, take care ot the Lost and Eound, and type notices and bulletins.
