-...gn The 1943 SAGAMORE is a permanent record of student life in Roosevelt High School. In the halls and in the class rooms, at athletic feats and at school parties, the Teddy spirit dominates. Teddy symbolizes the leadership, the statesmanship, and the humanity of Theodore Roosevelt, the great man for whom our school is named. The spirit of good sportsmanship, prevails through fellowship and association of students with the other students and with the teachers.
