Fleeting Memories After spending approximately one thousand days in Roosevelt we are gradu ating Our emotions are mixed we feel regret and joy regret that we are leaving behind our carefree school days regret that many friendships will be severed joy that we may rush forward to conquer the world Excitement prevails special assemblies class day ex ercises farewell parties baccalaureate the Senior Prom caps and gowns On the eve of commencement we think gratefully of the teachers who helped us from the time we were green kids We remember with appre ciation the forbearance of all the teachers who have served the class of 35 especially our chief senior sponsors Mr Bunker and Mr Ferguson Dennis Fleeting memories prince and princess of Roosevelt l929 Nelson l-lartley and Pat Henry traveling a la truck to Hammond to greet our National Orchestra just half a day of misery the building of the new edition Freshman Party promenade dashing around in circles to the rhythmic beat of Notre Dame dim lights soft music smiling girls and gallant oys Junior Prom With these feelings the class of 35 looks to graduation and future days P g E ght I I I I and the other sponsors: Miss Skrentny, Miss Swatts, Miss l-ludson, and Mr. a e i een
