ead of Our Hou e THEY SERVE AS EEACONS-CASTING ENLIGHTENMENT. THE I-IOUSIE WE LIVE IN often gives us cause to exper- ience many of life's trials and tribulations. We study our lessons and learn of the world around and beyond us, and how others live and work. But, more than that, we learn to work and play together. in harmony with each other. But, of course, we students cannot learn of such impor- tant matters without the guidance of our wise Adminis- tratorf. Under ther watchful eyes, we learn tact and tolerance of beliefs other than our own. We learn the difference between right and wrong. We sometimes chafe under the yoke of discipline placed upon us, wondering why we cannot do as we please. We sometimes even protest vehemently, little realizing the im- prudence of such action. To our unlearned way of thinking, we consider ourselves tlie best judge as to what is right and wrong. Yet a truly learned man of wisdom will admit he knows little, while big blustery men of little knowledge claim they know all. Those who teach us here in our .ill - I , House do not claim to know everything. They have studied long and hard to attain the knowledge they have, and now they wish to impart that know- ledge to us so that we may be better equipped to live in a world that requires only the best from each of us. In years to come, we shall often look back to our school days and smile with fond reminis- cences as we remember our won- derful administration and all it did for us.
