CLASS OF 1980 BASIL ZANE MCCLURE The son of Mr. and Mrs. Truman McClure, Basil has been voted by his classmates as nMost Likely To Succeed.n He has attended school in Roosevelt all 12 years. Among his accomplishments are: Mr. RHS, Sr. Class Student Council Representative, Student Council 4 yrs., Student Council President 79- 80, Basketball 4 yrs., FFA 4 yrs., FFA President 79-80, 4-H 6 yrs., Science Club 4 yrs., Science Club President 79- 80, Jr. Play, NewspaperlAnnual Co-Editor 79- 80, Freshman Co- Valedictorian, Honor Society 4 yrs., OSU Alumni Association. Basil plans to attend Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, majoring in pre-med or math. ELIZABETH IRENE MILLER Irene is the daughter of Mary and Carl Miller. She moved to Roosevelt from Burkburnett, Texas the summer prior to her senior year. She was voted nClass Crackupn in her senior class. Her high school accomplishments include: FHA 4 yrs., Volleyball 1 yr., Soccar 1 yr., Choir 1 yr., Pep Club 2 yrs., and FTA 1 yr. After graduating, Irene plans to join the Navy and become a physical therapist. She plans to make the Navy a lifetime career. VONDA CARROLL MILLER Vonda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Miller and has attended school in Roosevelt for 11 years. She was voted nMost Orneryu by her classmates. Her school accomplishments include: RHS attendant, Sr. Class Vice- President, Jr. Play, Basketball 4 yrs., FHA 4 yrs., FHA President 79-80, 4-H 9 yrs., 4-H Reporter 79-80, Science Club 2 yrs., News- paperfAnnual 3 yrs., Honor Socie- ty 4 yrs., OSU Alumni Associa- tion, Freshman Co-Valedictorian, and Who's Who Among American High School Students. Upon graduating Vonda plans to attend Oklahoma Baptist Univer- sity S major in medical records. JEROME ANTHONY SMITH Jerry is the son of Mrs. Donna Smith and has attended Roosevelt Schools for 5 years. He was voted NMost Rowdyn from his sen- ior class. He was in the Jr. Play, 78-79, played Basketball 4 yrs., Base- ball 4 yrs., 8 was in FFA 4 yrs.
