ADMINISTRATION fLeft to Riglzlj Miss Lorena Macfarlane, dean of stu- dents, maintains close contact with the student body of Roosevelt High School because of her work in counseling in matters of scholarship, in guiding stu- dents into professional and vocational fields, in supervising social activities, and in sympathetically advising stu- dents who seek assistance. Slette has served as the principal of Roosevelt High School for one year. During that time, he has been instrumental in bringing about several important changes in the administra- tion of student affairs. Chief among these are the institution of roll rooms, the formation of a point system for extra-curricular activities, the creation of a control room system for delinquent pupils, the organization of a student self-governing body, and the revision of the grading system.
