Direction ln charting the ebb and flow of our school's success. 1973-74 can be recorded as a very good year. Physical changes included a new sidewalk. new hallway lighting and a new career education library and Health Center. Additional curriculum included the completion and sale of our three bedroom home. enlargement of our 'Upstairs' school, and city-wide recognition for our health cluster and individualized foreign language programs. Increased student interest in school activities was very noticeable with executive cabinet leading us to number one among all Portland High Schools in the U.G.N. drive. Yet, l predict that this year will seem but an ebbtide when compared with future accomplishments. Elementary students are now being better prepared than ever, and our students and teachers are already busily and eagerly planning the future. David G. Wienecke Principal TOP LEFT: Mr. Wienecke.
