This is the basic question the faculty and students of the Science department attempt to answer. The unraveling of man's questions about man and his surroundings is a never ending quest. The students are able to travel from the wonderous spaces of the universe to the magical world of the microscope.

Mr. Cheshire stresses a point in his World History Class. The students listen attentively; they know they will have to use this information — on an exam. Social Studies There is a four year sequence course in Social Studies beginning with a world civilization course on the freshmen level and climaxed with an American problems class in the senior year. Certainly no-one can deny that to grasp the world problems that face us today one must have a firm grip on the happenings of the past. With this in mind, the teachers of the Social Studies department strive to help the students not only understand the past but also prepare for the future.
