MR. KENNETH YOUNG President PARENT-TEACH ER ASSOCIATION With the primary purpose of strengthen- ing parent-school relationship, officers of the Parent-Teacher Association, led by capable Mr. Kenneth Young, set forth to encounter the many problems of youth and education. Attendance at various youth conferences and state legislature meetings by some members of the P-TA kept the association informed of diversified approaches for a more effective edu- cational program at Roosevelt High School. Some results of the P-TA's indefatigable ef- forts are the Traffic Safety Contest, selection of the outstanding senior, and the addition of teachers on the Executive Board, These results have brought forth a closer realization to a more effective high school program.
