Added Honors Give Top Seniors New Claims to Fame DAR Elected by her classmates and the Roosevelt faculty, Georgia Camp- bell was chosen as this year's DAR citizen, The selection was made on the basis of service, patriotism, dependability, and leadership. National Honor Society The Roosevelt chapter of the National Honor Society has, for 39 years, been recognizing stu- dents for the qualities of scholar- Ship, leadership, character, and service. According to the con- stitution under which the Roose- velt chapter operates, students who have attained at least a B average are eligible for mem- bership. They are elected to the Society by the faculty. The of- ficial sponsor is Miss Virginia Cooper. Editor Sally Foster Heads '66 Quest Staff In the interest of preserving the literary and artistic works of Roosevelt students, the Quest staff has spent much time and effort collecting bits and pieces for the magazine. The end result was a work to be cherished by the students in years to come! Future Teachers Give Time as Aides The Leonard W. Menzi Future Teachers Chapter is sponsored this year by Mr. Thomas Dodd. The club is open to anyone from grades nine through twelve. In accordance with the creed, Learn by Doing, the members assist in the various classrooms of Roosevelt and Rackham when- ever there is need.
