After a long, hard year of money-raising activities, the RHS band was able to pur- chase several new uniforms which were proudly displayed at football games, parades, and concerts. Under the leadership of direc- tor Maurice Riley, drum major David Frank- lin and their student teachers, the band mem- bers moved forward to gain new musical experience and knowledge.
