NEIL BAXTER Principal of Roosevelt High School Mr. Neil Baxter, Roosvvelfs new principal, came to us this year after having served as counselor at Grady High, English teacher at O'Keefe and Boys High. He is from Kentucky originally and graduated from Western Kentucky State College. Later, he did graduate work and received his M.A. degree from George Peabody College in Nashville, Tennessee. Already, he has earned for himself a place in our hearts because of his warm friendliness and sincere helpfulness to both students and faculty.

DEDICATIO THERON L WHITE To Theron L. White, a man who has been not only a conscientious teacher but also a devoted friend to everyone, we, the Sen- iors of 1960, wish to dedicate this Year- book. It is hard to find a man who holds the respect of both faculty and students and is loved by both groups as is Mr. White. Through our years here at Roosevelt he has taught us the essentials of mathematics and lived an example of the qualities of good citizenship.
