Ann Abell is an all round sports girl, has a good scholastic average and a great sense of humor. Bill Abernathy is a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship program. He plays the organ in his church and is talented in many other fields. Paul Abernathy, Mr. Vice President and Editor of the FRANDEROAN, is very active in scout work, plans to go to Tech and will be missed by many. Jennie Adair, a cute girl, is friendly and sweet. Patsy Adams'is a diligent worker, always ready to help when she is needed. Beverly Allen, a smart girl with a warm smile for everybody, will go far in this world. Ed Barfield can really play that trumpet-a real asset to the band. Charles Baker, one of the tops in military, is one of the wittiest guys at Roose- velt, always has some pun to say. Josephine Baker is very friendly and is a sweet girl. Wanda Baker has a winning smile for all. Billy Beasley, another trumpet player, can always be depended upon, has a ready smile.
