Elections The Senior Civics class sponsored a mock election for state, county, and city officials in November on the regular election day. The rules committee adopted and revised the statutes drawn up by the class of '49 for their election in 1948. All students were allowed to register in the primary on Friday, while those over fifteen years of age voted on election day the following Tuesday. Precinct I, in the east upper office room, served students whose names ranged from A to K. The second precinct, in the first-aid room, accommodated students whose name would fall in the remaining category. Tuesday night, the election returns were counted by a group of senior stu- dents with Miss Nickels and Mr. Ryan. ELECTION BOARDS C Top Picturej First Row, seated-Carol Darrxstaedt, Betty Ran- dall.
