More Senior Win Titles This Year MOST WITTY: Winner of the Most Witty title was Clarence CBubbaJ Milam. Bubba and his ever-present witticism can be heard from one end of Roosevelt to another. Bubba's charm and gigantic grin will not be forgotten in the hearts and minds of the students of Roosevelt. Bubba is now in the reserves and plans to become an active PZII of the Army after graduation. After finishing service with the armed forces, Bubba plans to go on to college. LeAnn lsenberg received the girl's title of Most Witty. She enjoys horse-back riding and has been an active member of FFA. LeAnn was District Vice-president in FFA and she also went to District and won first in Dairy Products. LeAnn finds pleasure in acting and newspaper writ- ing. She has been very successful in everything she has done. LeAnn's humor and happiness seems to reflect on everyone she is around. She plans to marry after graduation. wk- 2 -, -1.-E. X SA ,L -WX 5, 1-0 MOST ENTHUSIASTIC: One of the first questions asked when seeing that Eddy Cox was picked Most Enthusiastic was . . . 'What is Eddy ever enthusiastic about?' The answer . . . 'Pes- tering Teachers.' Eddy does get excited about football. He worked hard to become captain of the Varsity Football Team and got Honorable Mentioned All District Offensive and Defensive Tackle. Eddy enjoys working on lawn mowers and cars. Mr. Most Enthusiastic plans to just 'get by' in the future. Janis Lindsey was chosen Most Enthusiastic because of her willingness to Jump In and Tackle any job she faces. She was editor of the yearbook, pep squad vice-president, and a member of NHS, Science Club, Spanish Club, and FHA. Janis favors English class and enjoys public speaking. She has received several awards in this field, including a trip to Washington D.C. Janis loves photography and traveling and wishes to make each a part of her career after college. in-HY. A MOST COURTEOUS: A young lady walks toward the door of Roosevelt, several boys rush past, knock down her books, - and run through the door. A well mannered young man walks up, retrieves the books, hands them to her, and steps 3 I to the door to let her in. This Most Courteous gentleman could only be Greg Byers. Greg was class president his soph- omore and senior years and was active in sports and U.I.l... Wherever you find Greg, he is always a perfect gentle- man. Courtesy and Cindy McKinney naturally go hand in hand, so it seemed only right for Cindy to receive the Most Courteous title. Cindy's vocabulary is full of such words as thank you , yes ma'am , and please. Cindy is also very concerned about other people and their feelings. Her favorite subject is Home and Family and she chooses the field of teaching Special Education as her career. Cindy's courtesy and sweet nature will be an asset in that career. 'qt MOST DARING: Most Daring male this year was Gerald Clay. Gerald is always going out of his way to ' be a dare- devil. Gerald loves trouble and excitement. He is very active in basketball, football, and . track. I-le was a member of the Regional Track Sprint Relay team. The brown-eyed seventeen-year-old feels his family is the most important part of his life. Gerald plans to go to college. ' -' lf anyone at Roosevelt loves a reckless mission it is Kathy Peek, Most Daring. Kathy enjoys water skiing, horse-back riding, and swimming. The Senior Drum Major said band meant most to her at Roose- b H velt. Kathy has attended Roosevelt all twelve years and picks Biology as her favorite subject. Kathy plans L' rw, AW, to attend Tech and major in general business. Whatever Kathy pursues in life, we know she will be daring ' ' enough to attack it with gusto. -. J. X

Roosevelt I-Izgh School MOST LIKELY TO SUCCEED: The very intelligent, forceful, Scott Mann was picked Most Likely to Succeed. Scott has always been very dynamic and persuasive. He was elected as Student Council President for the year '76-'77, and went to Boy's State the previous summer. Scott was Captain of the football team and made Honorable Mention All District Linebacker. Scott enjoys airplane flying. fishing, and reading. The 5'11 senior plans to go to college in Florida next fall. Throughout the years Michelle Smith has proven that she can succeed . For this reason she was chosen Most Likely to Succeed. Michelle was a varsity cheerleader her Junior and Senior year, as well as being active in FHA, NHS, Science Club, and the Thalians. Michelle has the drive and ability to gain whatever she desires. When her eyes begin to sparkle and her grin widens into a bright smile, her friends know that Michelle is thinking, planning, and perhaps dreaming for the future. 'st' ,-f-. ,,, MOST SINCERE Ray Ward Most Sincere joined the 1977 graduating class of Roosevelt High School during his freshman year. The eighteen-year-old has beautiful blue eyes which are full of sincerity. Ray enjoys football and water skiing as pastimes. Home and Family is his favorite subject and his friends mean more to him than anything in Roosevelt. Ray plans to go to college after he graduates at the end of May. Our most sincere girl was Becky Jones. Becky is always considerate and thoughtful of every- one. Her personal motto is, To love and be loved, to live and let live. The blue-eyed sen- ior names hot shots , liver, and Slaton under pet peeves. Becky has been an active member in Drama and FHA during her high school years and was HERO President this year. Becky's future plans include working full time and later getting married. l MOST SCHOLASTIC: Who can be found carrying a calculator, a chemistry folder, and an advanced math book all at the same time? Most Scholastic Charles Meador, of course. Charles has always been very intelligent and made very high grades. He has won many awards in Science and Number Sense competitions since entering high school. His favorite subject is Physics. During his free time, Charles enjoys fishing and hunting. The seventeen-year-old plans to further his education by attending college. Most Scholastic girl this year has Renae Thompson. Renae came to Roosevelt during her Junior year full of smiles and vitality. ln only two years Renae became Newspaper editor. Drama Club President, and a valttable member of FHA, NHS, and FTA. She has been in two District One-Act Plays and gone to contest twice in shorthand. This year she was picked senior class parliamentarian. The thing that means a lot to Renae is the old school song. MOST FLIRTATIOUS Most Flirtations male of the senior class was Danny Trammel. Danny is what one might call an all 'round cut-up. He was President of his Freshman class and class favorite his Sophomore year. Danny, with his cute grin and 'innocent' eyes. seems to attract the girls only too well. His future plans are to go to college and perhaps major in Physical Education. This is no shock to most people since Danny has been so active in basketball and other sports. Cassie Adams was a sttrprise choice as Most Flirtatious. Cassie received the title because of her beautiful smiles and bright eyes which natttrally attract men. Cassie, a twelve year stu- dent, spent most of her high school years working in various organizations. ln her spare time she enjoys swimming and the outdoors. She was a varsity cheerleader, senior class Vice-Presi- dent, and an officer in FTA and FHA. Cassie is a very outgoing person, full of charm, beauty, and poise.
