Homecoming is pure excitement, the climax of a beautiful fall. The entire week-end is a fanta that throbs in our vein a- anticipation, bursts into being for a lew short hours, and then resides as a lovely memory that heats and breathes with our hearts for ever after. We find in Homecoming the embodiment of the Roose- velt spirit, the culmination of everything splendid we know, and we are proud in a very big way.

Participate or spectate. it ' s up to you. Thi year, everything wax coming up shamrocks, especially the ties on the boys. Long ties, short ones, kinn tic-, wide one , but all of them green, and all of them ridiculous. It time to crown the Man-of-the-Year ! A friv- olous kind of suspense hangs in the air. Suddenly, here he come , our new Man-of-the-Year; In i crowned, and there is a loud cheer; then, back to the mad happiness of the greatest turnabout of the year, the Spree. 6
