Rail lilt completed his ninth year of leadership at Roosevelt. As moderator of the faculty, and co-ordinator of a vast and ever-growing system of extra-curricular activities, he serves as the link between the faculty, -Indents, and the school board. Mr. Battriek ' s own experieme as a teacher has given him the perspective and understanding necessary to a good admin- istrator, and as principal he is constantly working to raise the standards of education at Roosevelt. 14
