Administration . . . The management skill of a business executive, the intellectual capacity of a scholar, and the pa- tience and human understanding of a wise counsellor are uniquely combined in Delmer H. Battrick. Under his guidance Roosevelt continues to gain in prestige as one of America ' s outstanding high schools. In addition to the crowded schedule of his regular administrative duties, Mr. Bat+rick now has the responsibility of directing Roosevelt ' s transition from a junior high-senior high combination program to a four-year high school. At the same time he is planning the effective utilization of additions to the physical plant and remodeling of present facilities. The changes will be made smoothly, thanks to Mr. Battrick ' s skillful coordination, and Roosevelt will go on to even greater success in the years ahead. We are most fortunate to have his leadership. 4
