H umm, Sponsor of Roosevelt publications. 1923-50 Last Iune, Eunice Meers said goodbye to the school that for nearly thirty years she helped build. Daily. she toiled with zeal teaching literature to those who sooner or later caught the spark of her enthusiasm, whether for prose or poetry. Perhaps, her first love was the Roundup. This she started in 1924 and since then she has made it her chief concern. Every one in Roosevelt is proud of it and proud of her who sponsored it. Trifles make perfection but perfection is no trifle was her motto. Her standards were high and she had the faculty of helping others to desire to attain high standards. both of scholarship and rounded personality. We were fortunate to be under her guidance or to be associated with her as she shared with us freely her talents and interests. Aside from the abilities demanded by her vocation. she is also an artist. a naturalist, and a gardener: and her travels have led her to many countries and climes. To her we dedicate this Annual.
