Thts school year has found the Jumors tn a galaxy of activtties, as well as parttcrpatmg tn sports, As for the Semor Ball, who can deny tt wasn't a great success, due to the unselfish effort of Mrs, Ehrhart, In the sports fteld, the Jumor Class earned most of the load, of whrch we are proud, This IS tllustrated by the maJor1ty of Iumors that partrclpated on the champtonshtp football team, the Class C Champtons basketball team, and on the baseball team. S. swamped Dundee 45 to 6 on October 17. The score was 33 to 13 when Odessa met Romulus. Walt, Ted, Herm and Jim Hicks did the scoring. Throughout the season the reserves contributed a great deal toward the success enjoyed by the team by at- tending and working hard at all practices, At the beginning of the season the team set the championship as their goal which they achieved by hard work, determination and the able coaching of Coach Fennell.
