Besides attending State and National Conventions, they have successfully competed in public speaking contests, winning a plaque at Armada, and enjoy the give and take of the contests in parliamentary procedure. Among their local activities, they operate fpeople will remember with relishj a very tasty broiler factory, have sold seeds, and have done a great deal of work toward making the various school grounds attractive. Recently, they have organized a cooperative to manage an orchard project on the recently purchased high school property.
