THE ROMAN THIRD YEAR B President Morrls Jones Vice Presldent Wlll am Ford Secretary Sara Lou Casey Hlstorian Annle L McLaughlin Flower Black eyed Susan Colors Black and Gold Mo to T ue as gold' Class Hlstory It seems only yesterday instead of sev eral years ago that vue a class of boys and girls entered High School to work toward that ever Shlnlng light which is our goal We all felt rather shy of our new sur- roundings but took in every detail of the new strange place and watched with open eyes every movement of our teachers who have strived to make men and women of us. Many of us have dropped behind along the way but have been ever spurred on by our ambitious teachers until vue are forgetting our old feeling of indifference. School days fly by and soon vacation comes. A happy vacation is just ahead of us but we will come back agaln hungerlng for knowledge This year has passed away Wlth swiftness and as it draws near a close we find ourselves much wiser than at the be gmmng and wlth only another year between us and our goal We entered school in the fall of 1925 with happy hearts because we knew that we were one step nearer to that longed for title- Dignified Seniors. Our Junior year has been a happy and progressive one and we hope that our Sen- ior year will be equally as progressive. Po you our teachers who have piloted us safely this far we give our sincerest thanks.
