Che Learning of Who done it? The English Department! Under the direction of Dorcas C. Watters, a new positive ap proach is being taken toward the subject this year. There is less emphasis on the technicalities of grammar and more on practical usage. This is in conjunction with the increased stress on speaking and critical listening. Because the English language is already quite familiar to the students, more time can be spent in the learning of its cultural back- gro und.
