BIOLOGY CHEMISTRY “Dry Bones.” “All Shook-up,”’ SCIENCE AND BUSINESS Formulas and labs are in the weekly schedule of the chemistry student, while the biology student struggles with frogs and grasshoppers. Also in the science course at R.F.A. are physics, hygiene and earth science. When the business major graduates, he is well prepared, as R.F.A. offers a well-rounded business course. AMERICAN HISTORY WORLD HISTORY “America.” “Around the World in 80 Days.” HISTORY AND ENGLISH It is not an unusual sight at R.F.A. to see a student quoting Hamlet or arguing about the outcome of the Civil War. The student meets Hamlet in fourth year English after having already met Macbeth while a junior and become acquainted with Gran’ther Pendleton and Johnny Tremain in his sophomore year. The fourth year English course is a well-rounded one, includ- ing study in grammar, literature, and public speaking History is also an important part of the student’s high school l ife. This course includes three and a half years of such subjects as world history, American government, and American history.
