CONDUCTOR —, 3 Hh Il To Mr. Paige: We, the class of 1958, wish to offer our appreciation for the many ways in which you have helped, and the friendly en- couragement you have given us. We have found this year at R.F.A. to be a pleasant one, and we are honored to be the first graduating class from the new buildings. In spite of, and perhaps because of, studying in the midst of construction, we shall always look back upon our last year at R.F.A. as a very exciting and profitable one. We feel that this is due, Mr. Paige, to your efforts. May R.F.A., under your guidance, be continuously successful in mold- ing the character of the young citizens of America. ACCOM | PANIST Mr. Whittemore, a respected, devoted man of whom we can be proud, has served R.F.A. well as assistant principal. We, the class of 1958, regard you as a friend as well as an advisor. Although there were hard times because of the con- struction and changes in the school schedule, Mr. Whittemore never failed us. He was always a “friend indeed.” =

PRODUCTION MANAGER The name of Superintendent of Schools is a title that is regarded with awe and honor, but behind the authority of the office we find a personality that breeds warmth, kindness, and the qualities that gain him the respect of those associated with him It is our regret that we must go, but we are sure that those who follow us, will enjoy the benefit of Mr. Strough’s administration. Lyndon H. Strough BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board of Education contributes greatly to our educational well- being. Through its constant efforts, students may now enjoy the beautiful new buildings, which were so desperately needed. A forward-looking group of men and women, the Board not only takes care of the immediate needs in the school system but also, by long range planning, insures a broad educational future. We sincerely thank the Board for the interest they have shown in us in setting up such a fine educational program for our community. SOLOIST We, the Class of 1958, dedicate our De-O-Wain-Sta to Horace Briggs, and, in doing so, wish to show our apprecia- tion for the many things he has done to help each and every one of us. To many, he has been a teacher, but to more of us, he has been a friend. In addition to the dates and famous faces he taught us in history, we have seen him at all the football and basketball games, whatever the weather. Now, as we leave R.F.A., we sincerely hope that succeeding classes will have our “’Prof’’ on their side as he has been on ours.
