Dedication FRANKLIN W. PELKEY We, the class of 1946, take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to a man with Whom most of us have had personal contact. To many he has been a teacher, but to more of us he has been a friend and counselor. He has helped many to decide on a vocation and has advised others on choice of colleges. As faculty adviser during our junior year, he gave us invaluable aid. Now, ..- we leave R. F. A., We sincerely hope that succeeding classes will have our Prof on their side as he has been on ours.
