GUIDING THE Rollins Alumni Incorporated is the Executive board consisting of Jonn Huno, president, Nita Mutis- paugh, secretary; Alice Egan, first vice-president; Thirza Bisson, treasurer, and Bill Brant, second vice-president. if Former Years The Rollins Alumni Incorporation founded in 1898 by Miss Clara Louise Guild, die first graduate of Rollins, received its charter from the State of Florida in 1953. Meeting in the Alumni House, the Incorporation sponsors annual fund-raising drives. Last year over 32,000 dollars was collected for college use. Other Alumni activities are the quarterly publishing of The Rollins Alumni Recorder, holding an Alumni Day Luncheon during Founders ' Week, and presenting the annual Sunrise Breakfast for the seniors on graduation day. This group of graduates, still sincerely interested in the school, is a great asset in the future of Rollins College. REVISING RECORDS of Rollins Alumni Incorporated is the constant task of Mrs. Claire Kent, secretary, and Mr. Ray Kirk, director of the Alumni. 27

The student Placement Bureau is probably one of the most popular and well-populated offices in Carnegie Hall. For it is here that an attempt is made to fit the student with the vocation of his choice. Under the direc- tion of Melvin Greenhut, students apply for and are granted employment with firms both in Winter Park and throughout the United States. Perhaps the busiest time of the year occurs right before the graduation rush when senior students keep Greenhut and his staff really busy as they seek job opportunities toward their begin- ning in the modern business world.
