During the past twenty years, Dr. Holt has is the goal of all intellectual endeavor and that education When the student first arrives at Rollins, he is given a series of aptitude tests to help him judge his capacities and deficiencies. Guided by an advisor of his own choos- ing, he then works out a plan of study for the Lower Division, which will include subjects in the arts, the sciences, and the humanities, and give the student a broad base for the specialization to follow. At the end of his sophomore year, he is expected to liave completed his Lower Division contract and to be ready for advanced work in his major field. After pre- senting his qualifications, the student then is admitted to the Upper Division, and works out another contract for work in his major field, upon the completion of which he is leady for graduation.
