MOMENT OF XCUT.-i Our MOMENT OF YOUTH has all but departed; Our moment is gone, a new one has started. For us it's a venture-but doubts will not last; The old ways have left us, the fears have all passed. To us it's a juncture-the moss on the stone, But as we roll faster our goals will be shown. We pause for a moment to sigh and to ponder, But then we gaze on to moments much fonder. What'er we choose, no matter what we decide, The choice is now ours and wefve nothing to hide. Though now wefre much older, and wiser by far, We pause for a moment to gaze at a star; A st r with its lofty perpetual height Gives us inspiration, and guidance with light. We all have our star-our drive or our aim; We'11 all achieve wisdom, knowledge, or fame. Though some, more than others, we cannot deny. We all have potential, if we will but try. But as for this moment, we're new at the game; We each have our vision-not one is the same. Our MOMENT OF YOUTH we will never forget; The joy and the sadness-we'll never regret. The ball g. mes, the dances, the challenge to learn. They're gone now forever, and cannot return. There's nothing left now of our MOMENT OF YOUTH But the magnificent meraory-we hold that in truth. Editor, Candy Meek
